i been drankin

It's my favorite time of the year...watermelon season. Over the past month I've single handedly eaten approximately 12 pounds. Typically I'll just chop off huge hunks, slightly frozen always preferred. I felt like getting fancy one day and violá! I give you the watermelon mint slush. Wanna party? Throw your favorite booze into the mix. Super easy and impresses like a 15 dollar resort cocktail. SURFBOARD.

Watermelon Mint Slush
2 cups of slightly frozen watermelon 
1/2 cup coconut water OR 1/3 cup coconut water + rum/vodka/etc.
Handful of crushed ice
3-4 mint leaves
Blend to desired consistency
